Relaxation Reflection

The relaxation technique did help me relax, it was very soothing to take some time for myself and just sit and do nothing. I did feel the warmth and heaviness in my hands and for a moment during my day it was nice to forget about life. So often I find myself getting bogged down with everything that needs done I forget about taking a few moments for me. This technique was relaxing and a reminder to take time for yourself.

    So true that we need to take time during the day just for us, whether it is to close our eyes and breathe deeply, take a walk, or sit and watch the birds. It seems older people know how to do this so much better. Maybe because so many of life's demands are behind them. I hope I can grow into this type of reflective person as I get older.

  2. Indeed, this was a very good reminder to take time out for yourself. It is very difficult to do at times, but it is well worth it when you do. I found that after I did the exercise my mind and body felt so much more relaxed and easier to cope with stress points. Look forward to reading more of your posts!

  3. you are so right school and family takes up so much of your time we do have to find time for ourselves because we need it at times i like walking and just dewelling with god thats my enjoyment. please contiune to give yourself some time.
